Pukalani, Maui - This weekend, from July 18th to 20th, the Pukalani Church of the Nazarene, affectionately known as PukaNaz by locals, is hosting an Old Fashion Tent Revival on their picturesque property at 211 Hiwalani Loop. The revival aims to offer the community a place to heal and reconnect amidst the chaos of recent times.
Visible from the 37 Highway, the large, beautiful white tent set up by PukaNaz stands as a beacon of hope and spiritual renewal. The church believes that through coming closer to Jesus Christ, individuals can find healing, regardless of the turbulence reported in national news.
The Revival kicked off in grand fashion with a community Block Party on the evening of Wednesday, July 17th. The church grounds were buzzing with excitement as hundreds from the community gathered to enjoy a range of activities. Inflatable toys, dunk tanks, food trucks, photography booths, and more created a festive atmosphere that brought joy and camaraderie to all who attended.
In addition to the Pukalani congregation, PukaNaz has also welcomed mission visitors from Colorado and Texas. The visiting Nazarenes are not only assisting with the revival setup but also sharing their diverse experiences and perspectives with the local community throughout the weekend.
